We have a 90 day return policy. If you don't love it in that time, send it back!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To Complete your return:

Email us at sales@diaperquick.com with the following information:

  • Order #
  • Name
  • Product to return
  • Request: Refund or Exchange
  • Reason for return

Once we receive this information we’ll reply if the refund is approved or not.  Once it is approved send back the item to the following address:

You’ll be responsible for shipping the product both directions.  Once the product is received and the condition is verified a refund less the cost of shipping will be issued via your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
